Located just outside of Northampton in western Massachusetts, Mayval Farm has been run by the Parsons family since 1778. With about 100 registered Holstein, Jersey, and Brown Swiss dairy cows, our farm is one of only 155 dairy farms remaining in Massachusetts.
In the springtime, we proudly continue the decades-old tradition of making maple syrup and maple cream from the trees around the farm (MAYple VALley). Maple products are available online and at the front door of the farmhouse.
We also have free-range eggs for sale year-round and compost, hay, and farm-grown beef on a seasonal basis.

- We still have some maple syrup and maple cream in stock. Stop by the farm or order online.
- After a 50(?) year hiatus, chickens are running around again! Large free-range brown eggs are $3/dozen. Please call (413) 527-6274 or email to ensure availability.
