The Dairy Farm
 We milk about 100 registered Holstein, Jersey, and Brown Swiss dairy cows twice a day, 365 days a year. 99% of our cows are born and raised on the farm. Henry chooses all of the bulls and does the breeding himself. We feed the cows hay and corn silage grown on the land around the farm. The cows also graze in the pasture for several months of the year.
Together with many other, mostly small Northeast farms, we are a member of the Agri-Mark dairy co-op, owner of VT's Cabot cheese and NY's McCadam cheese. You will also find our milk in Friendly's ice cream and many Hood products. Please look for these brands in your grocery store!
