Cook the syrup another 20 degrees or so, stir patiently until it just “loses its shine,” pour like mad before it crystallizes into a solid block, and you have the most delicious spread that you've ever tasted. Margie makes the maple cream in five pound batches on the stove-top in her new kitchen.

All maple cream products are available for shipping or convenient pick-up at the farm and are made exclusively from Grade A Light Amber (also known as “Fancy”) maple syrup.
