At Mayval Farm, we seek to provide our customers with the finest quality maple
products at fair prices while, at the same time, being good stewards of our
land and promoting the sale of local agricultural products.

- Payment

Checkout from our store and payment are transferred over encrypted connections.
Payment is safe and secure via PayPal. You do not need to have or to sign
up for a PayPal account to place an order. You may conveniently
pay with your credit card without using a PayPal account by clicking “Continue”
at the PayPal log-in screen. PayPal will only process your payment—not sign you
up for an account.
- Returns

It goes without saying that we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If, upon receipt of your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may return all or part of your unopened order for refund or exchange (less
shipping). Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days of your receipt of the order.
Please call or email us before sending the item(s) back to us. Unless the
product proves to be defective (this has never happened), we cannot accept
returns once the syrup or cream has been opened.

Farm pick-up

Pick-up at the farm is available for all products at no charge. Simply choose
“pick-up” in the last step before payment, and no shipping charge will be
added. Your order will be available for self-service pick-up within 1-2
business days. Upon receiving your order, we will email you the exact
location and the time that your order will be ready, and you may stop by at your convenience. If, for any reason, you
would like us to hold your order for several days before making it available
for pick-up, please include instructions in the order notes or email us
directly.
- Shipping

Generally, we ship Tuesday-Friday, 1-2 business days after receiving your
order. Online shipping quotes (see below) are valid only for UPS ground
delivery to the contiguous USA. You will have the option to add this shipping service to your order
total in the very last step before payment. For international shipping or shipping
to Alaska or Hawaii, please call or email before placing your order. If you
absolutely need your maple syrup for a pancake breakfast tomorrow, please call
or email for an expedited shipping quote. We will do our very best to
accommodate your needs.
